…is the thesaurus.
After having given this app one star when it came out and waiting for what seems like years for them to update it with functionality that reflects the relatively steep price for an iOS app, Final Draft is finally starting to get where it should have been a long time ago. With completely integrated and automate sync to dropbox, I’m finally willing to give the app four stars. For the five stars, it’ll definitely need the thesaurus, essential for any app that’s supposed to be used as a serious writing tool.

Old Review
I’ve been using Final Draft for a long time...
…and I believe the company behind it is lazy and resting on its laurels. This app is extremely expensive compared to other comparable apps, but doesn’t offer much more, or rather less. No iCloud integration (would be nice if I could just open Final Draft on my mac without having to manually transfer my script from my iPad). I sometimes change several times a day and it just becomes a hassle. Scripts Pro which cost a tenth of Final Draft has iCloud integration. Also, I’ve been waiting since Final Draft Writer came out for a thesaurus, an essential tool when you’re writing, but over a year later and still nothing. How lazy can you be? 45 bucks for what?
